Profectus Align Refund Policy

Effective October 7, 2026.

All sales are final. Credit packs and library subscriptions are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or to correct a billing error.

Prices

ItemPricePrice per credit
10 credits$15.00$1.50
30 credits$40.50 (10% off 3 packs of 10)$1.35
Annual library subscription$24.99 per year

Credits are not refundable.

Credits are not refundable once purchased, used or unused. A credit is spent only when Align hands you a usable draft or proposal.

  • Credits do not expire.
  • If a draft or proposal fails, comes back unusable, or is never collected, no credit is spent.
  • Free credits given to new accounts have no cash value.

The annual subscription renews each year and is not refundable.

  • The subscription renews automatically each year at the current price until you cancel.
  • We email you a reminder before each renewal, in the window New York law requires, with the renewal date, the price and how to cancel.
  • You can cancel online at any time in the billing portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Your library stays available until the end of the year you paid for.
  • Subscription payments, including renewals, are not refundable.
  • When a paid year ends without renewal, each workbook in your library is kept for 30 days, then deleted. We email you the day storage ends and again 7 days before the workbooks go.

Machine Learning Lab members pay nothing for their library. Credits they buy follow the credit terms above.

We correct billing errors.

If you were charged twice, or charged for a renewal after you cancelled, email [email protected] from the address on your account. We return the charge to your original payment method through Stripe, including the sales tax charged. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.

Nothing in this policy limits a refund right the law gives you.
